The trial class is for those who have never tried Brazilian Jiu Jitsu before. It will prepare you to safely enter group classes. When you schedule your class, you will have your date and time set, your GI separated ready and clean, you will start your class in a very light way through the essential movements and techniques of out instructors. There will be no rolls “sparring” or complicated techniques involved in this class; you will learn basic movements that anyone can engage in.

Leonardo Martins is a Black belt under Rodrigo Medeiros (BJJ Revolution, Carlson Gracie). With 18 years of Jiu-Jitsu expertise, including 7 years as a black belt, he offers a versatile teaching approach tailored to each student’s needs, from beginners to advanced competitors.
Coach Leo has instructed in No-Gi, women’s self-defense, kids’, teens, and adult classes, and has competed in major IBJJF tournaments and Pan-American Championships.

Absolutely. We welcome children with various neurodivergences such as ADHD, dyslexia, autism, and dyspraxia. Our environment is friendly and accommodating to all. We recognize that each child learns differently, and our program focuses on enhancing fine and gross motor coordination, attention span, sequencing, and working memory. Additionally, our approach aids in improving self-control and reducing stress levels for all participants.
